1. On-Device Processing
Pesalytics processes all SMS messages locally on your device. We do not transmit, collect, or store your SMS messages or financial data on external servers.
2. Permissions
The app requires the READ_SMS permission strictly to extract transaction metadata (amounts, payees, dates) from official M-PESA messages. This data is stored in your device's isolated Room SQLite database.
3. Google Play Billing
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not store your credit card or payment credentials.
